Once your payment has been processed, we assign a SpotHero to shine your home.You can make your payment by Visa, MasterCard, or Paypal.


• End of Lease Clean

We know how stressful and annoying (let’s be honest ) it can be when you have to clean your home for new tenants or owners. Our SpotHero will make sure you get your bond back by following a specific cleaning checklist.

Moreover, if your SpotHero did not meet your property manager’s expectations, we will send a SpotHero back and it is free of charge. In this case, do not hesitate to send us an email at bookings@wipo.com.au to mention specific areas and we will forward your instructions to your SpotHero.

Wipo is also providing their services for your short-term rental, don’t worry we are here to help you to welcome your guests with a 5-star cleaning experience. It is the same process as standard clean where you can choose your number of bedrooms, bathrooms and extras. You schedule your booking and we will send a SpotHero to shine your home for your next guest.

Unfortunately , you are not in town to welcome your guests? Don’t worry we will take care of them as ours.

In order for Wipo to confirm the booking and allocate one of our SpotHeros, payment must be received prior to the booking date.
Booking a SpotHero with Wipo could not be safer. We have implemented a rigorous recruitment process to make sure we only work with the most experienced and trusted SpotHero.

Recruitment process:

1. Collection and review of the following documents:

• Police Clearance (Current/Clean)
• Australian Permanent Resident or Working visa
• Australian Business Number
• Limited Liability Insurance
• 2 years residential cleaning experience
• Own equipment and supplies
• Own reliable vehicle with valid driver’s licence
• Mobile phone

2. Interview:

• All our SpotHeros are met in person

3. Training :

• All our SpotHeros must go through cleaning tests to ensure they deliver a high- quality service. A staff member of Wipo Team will go to and inspect our client’s home in order to ensure your SpotHero follow with professionalism our checklist and your specific instructions.

4. Customer Feedback:

• Following the completion of your booking, you are invited to provide ratings and feedbacks on your service experiences. Your feedbacks are really important to us and it helps us to ensure our SpotHeros are the best in Perth.

When you make your first booking, we will create a Wipo account for you. Alternatively, if you sign up using Facebook, that will also create an account.

Cancel or Reschedule a day in advance for free. The Wipo platform is made to be flexible, but we have some rules. First, it is important to know that you can cancel or reschedule any booking for free with at least 24 hours notice. You can also permanently cancel your cleaning plan for free, with the same notice.

Moreover, cancelling or rescheduling a booking with short notice can cause the professionals using our platform to lose valuable work. If you make a change to a booking within 24 hours, but with at least two hours to go, you'll be unfortunately charged a $15 fee. If you cancel a booking with less than 2hours before booking, you will be charged the full price of the booking

All of these fees and charges are paid directly to the SpotHero.

Wipo offers a variety of extra services to sparkle your home with a focus on specific equipments/furnitures. From the interior of the oven to wiping down the interior windows, you can add any of these extra services when you book a SpotHero.

After your booking is complete, we will send you an email to allow you to rate your SpotHero. Unfortunately, you can not go back and change your mind once you have rated, but if there is a problem you need to report, get in touch with our team: bookings@wipo.com.au and we will sort it out. Your feedbacks are really important to Wipo to deliver a high-quality service and match your high expectations.
We will let you know who your SpotHero is as soon as we have made a match for your booking. For your first booking, we can not guarantee a specific SpotHero. Visit your Bookings page and check if there is a name next to your booking. Do not worry if there is not a name yet, we will make sure a highly-rated SpotHero located near you sparkles your home.
You can view the payment details of any booking by swinging by your Bookings page. We will also send you an invoice which sums up your booking details.
We will send you a confirmation email with your booking details, schedule details and specific instructions for your clean.
Our service fees are fixed and based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and extras you ask for. Our SpotHeros are following a cleaning checklist to shine your home. Our mission is to make your home spotless, so do not worry about the timeframes on your clean.

We value your feedbacks in order to improve the service. If you are not happy with the clean, don’t worry we will send a SpotHero to finish the areas that need to be cleaned for free.

Our online system will automatically credit your account if you cancel or reschedule a booking with at least 24 hours before the start time. You can also contact us at bookings@wipo.com.au and we will refund straight to your card. Your refund will be applied to the card you used at checkout. Please allow time for your bank to process the refund transaction.

A "Customer No-Show" charge happens when a SpotHero arrives at your home and cannot gain access and the cannot contact you. If your SpotHero is unable to complete the booking, they will lose valuable work and money.

If you cancel or reschedule a booking with fewer than 24hours until the start time, it can cause your SpotHero to lose valuable work and money.

First of all, if you decide to make a change to your booking between 24 and two hours before the start time, you will be entitled to a 15$ fee. Secondly, if you decide to reschedule or cancel a booking with fewer than two hours to go before the start time, the full price of the booking will be charged.

All fees are passed to the SpotHero that was scheduled to perform the service. You can view our full cancellation policy here.

It is also possible that you signed up for a cleaning plan, which schedules your bookings automatically. We created cleaning plans to help save you money, keep a spotless home, and provide convenient scheduling for both you and your SpotHero.

If you are not interested in a cleaning plan, you can always schedule a one-time cleaning using our iOS App.
